A challenging career in renewable energy awaits. We are seeking an experienced Contract and Commercial Manager to join our Asset Development and Construction team.

This role will see you manage the end-to-end commercial and contract management cycle of multiple multi-million-dollar contracts from Front End Engineering Design (FID) through construction and handover to Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial and contract management of multiple multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Asset Development and Construction on strategic or high value post-award contractual matters.
  • Review and recommendation of Extension of Time and disruption claims associated with contractor interface and delayed deliverables.
  • Management of significant scope, variation and interface risk associated with split contract delivery model.
Requirements
  • Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial or business.
  • Masters in Law or Arbitration.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing contracts valued over $100m.
  • Exceptional knowledge of renewables and/or storage projects.
  • Demonstrated and exceptional stakeholder engagement and management experience.
