Quintas Energy is a global leader in renewable energy services, providing Asset Management, Construction, Advisory, and Control Room operations across solar, wind, and battery projects. As we continue to expand our Australian operations, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee all contractual obligations across Quintas Energy's Australian business, covering operational assets, new project onboarding, and service agreements. You will manage and improve our contract management systems and processes, support construction and operational contracts, and ensure compliance with obligations across the portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will lead a small team (Administrator and Engineer) and work closely with the Asset Management and Advisory teams. While primarily a behind-the-scenes role, you will also engage with clients and counterparties on contract matters and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding of new assets into the Asset Management Team, ensuring contractual obligations and compliance requirements are captured and tracked.
  • Oversee Quintas Energy's contract management system, ensuring obligations are logged, monitored, and delivered.
  • Manage ongoing obligations under PPAs, EPCs, O&M contracts, leases, and client service agreements.
  • Support the Asset Management team with notices, claims, and low-level disputes.
  • Provide commercial support to construction projects, including claims management, LDs, warranties, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Assist with drafting and negotiating Quintas Energy service agreements with clients and counterparties.
  • Drive continuous improvement in contract processes and reporting.
About You
  • 10–15 years' experience in contracts management or commercial management.
  • Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC, O&M, PPA, and service agreement structures.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
