We have an exciting opportunity for a well-versed Sales and Brand Development Manager to join our motivated team. Work amongst our dedicated and passionate sales and service functions to establish and lead a brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling market.

Main Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, supporting, and developing the retail team to achieve budgets and targets in compliance with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Establishing and leading a new brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling market.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to external customers while providing support to Sales and Service.
  • Driving new, used, and STR order intake and ensuring financial results meet budget expectations.
  • Conducting regular sales meetings and tracking compliance to sales procedures in dealing with customers and prospective customers.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in the Material Handling equipment sales or related industries within Australia.
  • Demonstrated success in building and developing a brand.
  • Experience in sales leadership and execution of successful sales strategies.
  • Desirable tertiary qualifications, including a degree in Sales and Marketing, Management Certificate, Advanced Sales Management, or related courses.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
