Job Summary
We're seeking a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel, leading a team of part-time direct reports, and contributing to the continued development of our market-leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part-time direct reports to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the grocery channel.
- Manage merchandiser budgets and ensure effective execution of sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
