About the Role

This is a high-level administrative position supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer, including diary management, travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Commercial Revenue division.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and accommodation, prepare itineraries, manage expense reconciliations, oversee inbox and document management, and ensure timely communication and filing accuracy.
  • Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Financial and Reporting: Support financial processing and administrative reporting.
  • Process Improvements: Contribute to continuous process improvements across the division.
