We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead and drive operational excellence initiatives.

This role will focus on developing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results in cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage LEAN methodologies to drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

About You
  • Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • LEAN Manufacturing qualifications and a strong practical understanding of LEAN methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business improvement initiatives in an industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and drive outcomes.
