Trauma Therapist Position Available

We are seeking a qualified Therapist to join our team, providing counseling services to children, young people, adults and their families who have experienced or may be at risk of child sexual assault.
The role is part-time and based at our office. As a Therapist, you will work within an established framework based on best practice principles, ensuring a consistently high standard of care for your clients.
A day in this role may include:
- Providing professional counseling to clients
- Conducting assessments throughout the therapeutic process
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of sessions
- Compiling reports for external bodies when required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number and Mental Health Accreditation
- Registration with the relevant governing body of your profession
- Experience in providing trauma counseling (preferable)
