Clinical Therapist Role

We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing evidence-based therapy services to adult clients.

You will work on a part-time basis, with flexibility in your client load and the ability to offer sessions at times that suit you.

Our practice is committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based practices via a neuroaffirming, non-pathologising, trauma-informed lens.

We support our clinicians in upskilling or building their client list around areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to adult clients
  • Develop and maintain a client base, with opportunities for flexible scheduling
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes
  • Participate in peer supervision and professional development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in private practice or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of neuroaffirming and trauma-informed frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
