Executive Lead, Programs and Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced executive leader to lead our organisation's programs and partnerships. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our programs and partnerships strategy.

About the Role

The Executive Lead, Programs and Partnerships will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our programs and partnerships strategy. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive programs and partnerships strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and objectives
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and industry partners to build relationships and secure funding opportunities
  • Managing a team of program managers and partnership coordinators to ensure effective delivery of programs and partnerships
  • Collaborating with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment and integration of programs and partnerships across the organisation

  • A strong track record of leadership and management experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and resources
