Job Title: Program Development Coordinator

The Program Development Coordinator is responsible for writing tenders and establishing new programs and services. They will undertake various projects aligned with our Strategic Plan, collaborating with stakeholders within and outside the organisation.
This role ensures the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects across the organisation. We are seeking candidates based in the Illawarra or South-West Sydney region; however, applicants from any location will be considered.
Responsibilities:- Write tenders and establish new programs and services.
- Undertake various projects aligned with our Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the organisation.
- Ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.
We are seeking an individual with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, health, social sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional writing skills with proven experience in producing high-quality documents and tenders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workload management.
