Job Description

As a key member of our Base and Estate Management team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and evaluating induction, compliance, and capability-building programs.

The primary objective is to lead the development of training needs analysis and associated manual, while establishing and maintaining training registers and compliance tracking systems. Additionally, oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs, create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources, implement 3-month compliance and training check process, and establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review.

">About You

We are seeking an individual with proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing and executing training strategies, induction programs, and compliance frameworks.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interactions with RTOs and industry bodies, are essential. Furthermore, proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation is required.
