Job Title: Human Resources Officer Trainee

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Officer Trainee.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments across site, including updating and maintaining records and databases, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting performance management and industrial relations matters.

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to HSE&P department managers and their teams.
  2. Update and maintain accurate and timely records and databases.
  3. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating new employee inductions.
  4. Support performance management and industrial relations matters, including preparing reports and presenting data to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality. You should also have the following skills and qualifications:
