Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Accountabilities">
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing coaching and counseling to employees and managers.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
