Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty Ltd, is Australia's largest Tin producer. Bluestone is a well-established, high yield tin producer with a strong resource base supporting a mine life in excess of 10 years. The Renison mine is located on Tasmania's beautiful West Coast between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery.

Renison is currently experiencing an exciting phase of development, characterised by a robust "Life of Mine Plan" and an ongoing commitment to capital reinvestment. **About the role**

An opportunity has become available for a dynamic and organised Human Resources Officer Trainee on a fulltime basis. This role provides comprehensive administrative support and assistance to the various departments across site.

This position is offered on a 5 and 2 roster, on a residential or drive in drive out basis reporting directly to the Superintendent Human Resources.

**Core responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to the HSE&P department managers and their teams
- Updating and maintaining records and databases
- Assisting with recruitment and on boarding processes by coordinating accommodation bookings, inductions, reference checking, interviewing, and other HR duties as required.
- Assist with performance management and industrial relation matters

**About you**

You should be professional and courteous and have the ability to efficiently manage various working relationships while maintaining confidentiality.

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent work ethic, good communication skills with a team-oriented attitude and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a large team.
