Customer Growth and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Program Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives across APAC through the implementation of advanced marketing automation tools, customer engagement platforms, and AI capabilities.

About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign management, technology implementation, and customer experience, driving innovation in how we engage with customers across their journey.

  • Strategic Program Management: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms, working with marketing, tech, and product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution that solves a larger business problem.
  • Customer Lifecycle Innovation: Drive end-to-end campaign workflow management across channels and lifecycle stages, ensuring excellence in execution, timely delivery, and quality control of all marketing initiatives. Design and execute data-driven marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and drive retention.

A day in this role will be dynamic and collaborative with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence, and peer marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of program or project management experience, strong understanding of all aspects of the customer funnel, great project management and influencing skills, and experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
