We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead our customer engagement strategy, drive commercial growth, and foster exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Leverage data insights and innovative technologies to optimize our commercial approach and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the FFCE Roadmap and facilitate decision-making in the Commercial Management Team.
  • Lead a high-performing team that delivers results-driven solutions and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with sales and marketing expertise desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with project management capabilities and Power BI skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, proven project management skills, and people leadership experience highly valued.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, positive attitude, self-motivation, opportunity-oriented, and excellent communication skills across all levels.
