Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead process transformations that drive customer-centric experiences and business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and lead process transformation strategies for Enterprise and Business customers, simplifying processes and putting customers at the centre.
  • Deliver large-scale process improvements using advanced capabilities such as Lean Six Sigma and automation to boost efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to remove friction and ensure seamless experiences for new products and solutions.
  • Drive high-value initiatives, tracking success through NPS customer-focused measures, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business and industry to influence outcomes and share best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.

About You

  • You have extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership, with proven impact in Business and Consumer and Enterprise environments with an ICT focus.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt), with a track record in automation (RPA).
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to attain AGSVA baseline clearance, NV1. Previous baseline clearance advantageous.
  • A proven leader who influences at the highest levels and thrives in complex, matrix environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, balancing business performance with customer-first outcomes.
