HR Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our support office in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have great exposure to a wide range of HR matters, allowing them to grow and develop their career and HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee relations grievances and investigations.
  • Support the resolution of complex injury management matters.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Negotiate outcomes that mitigate risks for the business and identify any employee relations trends.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Law, HR, Business, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Good experience working in an HR role with focus on employee relations ideally within a multi-site organisation.
  • Understanding of and ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments.
  • Solid knowledge of employee relations legislation.
  • Experience before the Fair Work Commission and conciliations would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of taking initiative and achieving pragmatic outcomes.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions.
