About the Role

As a Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, including children and young people, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing mental health issues. You will provide psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to support their well-being.

The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to optimize outcomes for our clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices
  • Provide therapy and direct treatments to clients, promoting positive behavioral change
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, with general AHPRA registration
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and trauma
  • Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Familiarity with clinical supervision and practice development principles
