About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Keilor North, providing high-quality onsite technical support to our customers.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with our specialist teams, and ensuring all documented processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the client's end-user onboarding experience within a dedicated sub-team.
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
  • Refine, update, and improve processes in line with customer changing needs.
  • Work with a range of technologies, including Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions, and more.
