What you'll do?

We're looking for a Service Desk Technician to assist our Engineering team with upcoming project work. This is an entry level position for a short-term project in November, with the potential to take on more work in the coming months.

  • Carry out all aspects of device configuration activities including device imaging and software deployment and installation of specific components.
  • Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging, data entry.
  • Participate in the ongoing maintenance of documentation at the direction of the Deployments Team Lead.

What you'll bring?

  • No work experience required - love everything tech and have a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS.
  • Confident and outgoing with your customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow repetitive processes with a keen eye for details.
  • Hungry to learn more, you are proactive and have a can-do attitude.

  • Available to start towards the middle of November.
  • Travel on-site to our client's office in Darwin.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
