We're currently seeking a Service Desk Technician to assist our Engineering team with project work. This is an entry-level position that requires device configuration, stock picking, and asset application skills.

  • Carry out device configuration activities, including imaging and software deployment.
  • Perform stock picking, asset application, and packaging.
  • Participate in the ongoing maintenance of documentation.

Requirements:

  • No work experience required, but a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS is necessary.
  • Confident and outgoing customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow repetitive processes with attention to detail.
  • Hungry to learn and proactive attitude.

  • A relevant cover letter is required for consideration.
  • Available to start in November and willing to travel to Darwin.
  • Australian resident with no work restrictions.
