Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing professional to join our team. As a Leasing and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating leasing activities, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders including tenants, property valuers, and consultants
  • Track leasing documents, obtaining signatures from landlords and tenants
  • Compile leasing data and stay up-to-date on the commercial retail leasing market
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
  • Assist in leasing matters, including writing letters of offer and heads of agreement
  • Manage internal systems, scheduling updates and ensuring accurate uploads

Marketing Scope:

  • Support leasing marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor updates to apps and websites
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications
  • Manage content and updates for customer, community, and internal touch points

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in property management or real estate industry
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses initiative and drive
  • Experience in coordinating and liaising with external stakeholders

Benefits:
