Leasing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Leasing Professional to facilitate transactions on one of our key client accounts.

  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and provide superior service by achieving best market outcomes.
  • Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, refurbishments and make-good obligations.
  • Manage and maintain critical dates.
  • Market rent reviews.
  • Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice.
  • Inspections of new and existing premises.

About the Role

The successful candidate will split their work week between the client's head office and our CBD office, or adopt a hybrid working model including working from home. The role can be full-time or part-time which can be worked across four days per week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have already attained your WA Sales registration and have at least 5 years' experience in Commercial sales and leasing. Strong knowledge of the Perth market will be desirable as well as a strong demonstrated understanding of the leasing process and negotiations. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.
