Electrical Engineering Specialist
\In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in electrical engineering, taking ownership of mine winder systems. Your responsibilities will range from independently managing defined engineering tasks to playing a key technical role in large, cross-functional project teams.
\You'll be responsible for delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet or exceed contractual, safety, and performance requirements, with a strong emphasis on electrical design integrity, safety, and system reliability.
\Working closely with mechanical, control systems, functional safety systems, and site commissioning teams, you will ensure full system integration, alignment with design standards, and successful delivery through all project stages - from concept to commissioning and handover.
\This role requires a solid understanding of mine hoist operational environments, the ability to translate technical requirements into compliant electrical designs, and the confidence to engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, OEMs, and site teams.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review electrical system designs for mine winders, including drive systems, MCCs, HV/LV distribution, and protection schemes.\
- Support testing, installation, and commissioning activities with technical expertise.\
- Prepare and maintain project documentation ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.\
- Collaborate across functions, from project management to supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.\
