The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Solotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, developing innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and efficient food service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our culinary strategy and vision
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Time Cook
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food trends
  • Passion for quality and consistency
  • Adherence to OHS and Food Safety regulations

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 + super - negotiable depending on experience
