About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Goros, a vibrant and eclectic Japanese-inspired venue in the heart of Sydney. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our unique food concept.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus and specials that align with our Japanese-inspired food concept
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new and exciting dishes that showcase our unique flavor profiles
  • Build relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials
  • Design and implement unique seasonal specials that reflect our brand's narrative and values
