Job Description
- Drive sales growth and promote cross-selling opportunities by tracking referrals generated by other professionals.
- Initiate strategic business development strategies and drive personal revenue targets.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, delivering efficient resolutions.
- Support the achievement of optimal operational, compliance, and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.
- Previous experience in relationship management within personal banking is required, including portfolio management skills.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of personal lending products experience is necessary, including mortgage lending expertise.
- A proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets is crucial.
- Excellent customer service skills, targeting high net worth clients, are essential.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are vital.
