The Principal Systems Engineer will work in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community.

This role manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule, and implement projects from inception through system transition.
  • Communicating with many levels of program, other contractor, and government stakeholders and working to positively influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Managing system integration projects and providing reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout, and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.

This position requires a minimum of 8+ years of prior engineering experience, with a Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM preferred). Experience with systems installation, integration, and test, as well as technical abilities and project management skills, is essential. Active TS/SCI CI Poly transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is $96,000 USD - $200,000 USD per annum.
