Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Partnerships Leader to drive strategic brand and commercial partnerships that fuel customer acquisition and expand market reach.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the global affiliate program, identify new opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute co-branded marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the global affiliate program, developing and negotiating new partnerships, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and analysing performance data to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation across platforms;
  • Develop and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships to drive business growth;
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners;
  • Analyse performance data to inform future strategies and optimise ROI and acquisition metrics;
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands;
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships;
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimise partner activity;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills able to build rapport across internal teams and external partners;
  • Passion for travel and a solid understanding of the tourism and lifestyle landscape across ANZ and international markets.
