Marketing Partnerships Leader

We're looking for a highly experienced Marketing Partnerships Leader to spearhead our affiliate marketing strategy and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to own performance marketing, from strategy to execution and optimization.

You will be responsible for managing the global affiliate program, onboarding new partners, tracking performance across platforms, and optimizing ROI. You'll also identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial partnerships and execute co-branded marketing campaigns. Your ability to analyze partner and affiliate performance, provide insights to optimize ROI and acquisition metrics, and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

  • Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation;
  • Identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships;
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners;
  • Analyse partner and affiliate performance, providing insights to optimise ROI and acquisition metrics;
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands;
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships;
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimise partner activity;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills able to build rapport across internal teams and external partners;
