Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic management of licensing and technology partnerships across Crop Science portfolios.
- Develop and execute commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with annual operating and business model requirements.
- Maintain transparency and governance in license execution and relationship management.
- Strategically develop and maintain third-party licensee relationships, overseeing seasonal obligations and Bayer requirements.
- Translate regulatory and commercial needs into customer-centric materials and tactics.
- Review marketing programs and update licensing agreements as needed.
- Manage electronic agreement distribution and review seasonal audit results.
- Define the short- and long-term glyphosate portfolio strategy for ANZ, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Execute Bayer Crop Science's in-licensing strategy to support overall portfolio footprint.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in licensing product management or a relevant marketing discipline.
- Extensive experience in the agricultural seed and chemical market.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract engagement knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaboration with external industry groups.
- Experience in remote and cross-cultural commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills and written and verbal communication abilities.
