Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

In this key leadership position, you will oversee an expert team of bankers to deliver the signature customer experience and manage colleague banking experiences. Your goal is to build customer advocacy by leveraging your strong relationship and coaching skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of bankers to deliver exceptional customer experience and manage colleague banking experiences
  • BUILD AND LEVERAGE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND COLLEAGUES TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
  • Be responsible for onboarding, coaching, and deployment of resources within the team, including career and succession planning
  • Role model distinctive leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering strong results
  • Extensive experience in retail or commercial banking and/or credit assessment and management
  • Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales initiatives
  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities, and implement complex strategic plans
