Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $73,370 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in North Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our venues in Cairns, Townsville, and Airlie Beach, and will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines;
  • Knowledge of the North Queensland hospitality market, including trends and competitor activity.
