Senior Health Professional Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional occupational rehabilitation services in Perth.

The successful candidate will lead a team of health professionals, supporting the achievement of employee performance targets and operational goals.

Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring service delivery quality and reporting standards.

Additionally, the role involves coaching, training, and professional development of the team, as well as managing a reduced caseload and contributing to national projects.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Rehabilitation Counselling, and current accreditation.
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in injury management and/or clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
