We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Services Project Director to lead our technology projects to successful completion.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based projects. As a Cloud Services Project Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud services, software development, or IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years of experience in managing technology projects. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate teams and make strategic decisions.

Suitable candidates will also have experience working in a complex environment, balancing multiple priorities, and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A deep understanding of software development, cloud services, and IT infrastructure is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery processes.
  • Oversee and drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cloud-based projects involving Azure, Okta, and Osko platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and track tasks, ensuring the right activity is taking place at the right time.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the project team, assisting with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and delivery partners to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project requirements.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years minimum) in managing technology projects, with a strong background in cloud services, software development, or IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience working in a complex environment, balancing multiple priorities, and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
