About the Opportunity
Melbourne & Olympic Parks is seeking an Experienced Employee Experience Director to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a world-class entertainment and sports precinct, delivering hundreds of events each year. As the Employee Experience Director, you will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience at all stages of the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of strategies and programs that support a strong and engaging people experience.
- Partner with teams across the business to embed best practice and drive positive impact.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote holistic wellbeing, while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Design and execute internal communication approaches to keep employees informed and motivated.
- Lead employee feedback systems and use insights to drive action and improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of $110,000, plus superannuation and other benefits.
