As our HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional employee experiences by coordinating data management for key initiatives. Your expertise in handling complex programs and prioritizing multiple tasks will be essential in providing outstanding support, meeting regulatory standards, and enhancing our employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee people services data activities related to restructures and EA changes.
  • Manage programs such as restructures and position management, ensuring accurate data alignment and compliance.
  • Serve as an escalation point for people group queries, handling data-related inquiries with accuracy and customer service.
  • Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously to meet timelines and maintain high standards for employee experience.
  • Support bulk uploads, enterprise agreement changes, and other key data-related tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on people data management and systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating large-scale programs, such as restructures and position management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in managing data escalations and delivering exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
