We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Night Concierge. As the face of our building, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a 5-star experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing front desk services, including welcoming residents and guests, and handling inquiries.
  • Assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
  • Monitoring movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
  • Distributing and securing resident keys, security devices, and parcels or dry cleaning.
  • Internal and External Patrolling.
  • Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work overnights.
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
