Night Operations Manager

Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of our newly rebranded hotel as a Night Manager. Conveniently located near the beautiful Manly Beach, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation.
We require someone who can effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the General Manager in their absence, holding responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant Night Audit experience in the hotel industry, a guest obsessed focus, and the ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.
You will also require strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera, along with clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
As a Night Manager, you will work alongside passionate industry professionals and be mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeed.
