Night Auditor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a casual Night Auditor.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel, including verifying guest accounts, reconciling charges/revenue, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise effectively with the accounts department for necessary information
  • Complete night audit reports thoroughly and accurately
  • Understand security and hotel operations overnight
  • Maintain immaculate personal presentation
  • Deliver proactive customer service
  • Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Work autonomously with confidence
Requirements:
  • A professional attitude and passion for customer service
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or a similar role
  • Availability to work 2 overnight shifts per week across a 7-day rotating roster
