Night Guest Service Representative Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent service, and performing nightly audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a welcoming experience for late-arriving and departing guests
  • Perform nightly reconciliations and generate daily reports
  • Action third-party payments and ensure accurate billing
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with care and discretion
  • Maintain security awareness and respond to overnight incidents calmly and efficiently
  • Support other departments with overnight operational needs

Requirements:

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
  • Confident working solo, with strong problem-solving skills
  • A clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous front office or night audit experience is highly regarded
  • Experience with property management systems (PMS) and payment reconciliation preferred
