Front Office Overnight All-Rounder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Front Office Overnight All-Rounder to join our team at the Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. This iconic hotel boasts stunning views of Darling Harbour and the Sydney CBD.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight shifts.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Perform night audit duties, including transaction reconciliation.
  • Maintain security standards and conduct regular safety checks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
