About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Trade Team at Stratco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming sales orders, processing and entering orders, and developing product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Internal Sales Team by coordinating incoming sales orders
  • Process and enter orders, developing product knowledge and expertise
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Trade customers
  • Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
  • Undertake administrative duties to assist internal and external sales teams
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
  • Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Preferred experience in the building, construction, or engineering industry
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
  • An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Strong and stable record in phone or face-to-face customer service and/or sales
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
