About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join our high-performance team at Capral Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter sales orders and process customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Vet orders and apply credit processes to ensure seamless transactions
  • Answer telephone enquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues
  • Reliable work history, with a good attitude to safety and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism
