Empowering Excellence in IT Service Delivery.

The Team Leader will champion best practices to ensure exceptional service and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of Technology Services, you will provide leadership, guidance and daily supervision to a high-performing IT Service Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage core ITSM processes including Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
  • Build strategic partnerships between departments.
  • Lead IT Change Management ensuring smooth service implementation and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide technical support and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT assets ensuring security and compliance.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Review customer requirements and optimize service quality.
  • Collaborate with peers to lead service provision and delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and ability to implement ITSM best practices.
  • Experience in coordinating IT Change Management and providing technical support.
  • Proven experience in leading IT teams and building positive relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in setting up and configuring IT Service Management platforms.
