Technical Service Delivery Manager

This position is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership and technical skills to oversee the delivery of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service desk professionals, ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are maintained and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support across the company, in person or remotely;
  • Managing operational escalations through to resolution with open and timely communication;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, codes, regulations, and business policies and processes;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry;
  • Industry-based technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, MCSA, and VMWare);
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams;

Additionally, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect;
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect;
  • Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer;
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator;
