Service Delivery Manager Position

The Service Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This position requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, and actively escalating any risk of exception. The Service Delivery Manager must also be able to run regular client service delivery meetings, including reporting activities, program performance, and additional service opportunities.

Additionally, the Service Delivery Manager must be able to improve service delivery efficiency through continuous improvements, identify, assess, manage project risks, and develop and execute mitigation strategies. They must also coordinate resourcing, tracking, and managing activities and deliverables to achieve outcomes.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven service delivery and operational skills in financial services, wealth management, or technology industry.
  • Experience in account management and relationship management.
  • Effective leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and motivational skills.
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • Understanding of systems development methodologies and architecture.
