The role of Learning and Development Specialist is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning programs that support individual growth and organisational capability.

Working closely with trainers, you will ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery of learning programs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our digital learning systems (LMS).

Key to this role is the ability to gather feedback and use data to continuously improve learning experiences. This involves promoting a culture of professional growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions. Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is also essential.
