Collaborate closely with a Portfolio Lead to drive the development of new and existing claims services, business practices, and product offerings.
Foster a mentoring and coaching environment within the DBI Claims Team by providing insights into DBI policy and processes.
Utilize expertise in claims management to contribute significantly to the success of the organization.
Cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a seamless claims experience.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims procedures and outcomes.
